Dean Miles
Since 1989, Dean Miles has been working as a professional location sound operator for major television networks, motion pictures, high-end documentaries and everything in between.

For the past ten years (has it been that long?) Dean has worked exclusively with Full Frame and traveled with Scot McDonald to the far corners of the world. Together they've formed a unique working relationship that goes far beyond a typical crew. Their extensive experience allows them work quietly, efficiently and creatively without allowing the technical aspect of video production get in the way of good story telling.

Being in the field gives Dean the unique opportunity to bring his first hand experiences to and observations back to the studio where he creates soundtracks, underscores and musical themes that are truly original.

Joanna Gyurkovics
Before moving from Scotland to Vancouver in 2005, Jo spent two years with the BBC in Birmingham, England. Since arriving on these fair shores Jo has been working as a freelance editor on a variety of lifestyle and documentary projects.

Jo has incredible commitment towards her craft and gratitude for the profound and far-reaching effects of the places and faces it has introduced her to over the years. Her love of telling a good story and making people think and feel have won Jo various accolades including a Special Jury Award at the Houston International Film & Video Festival.

Staying true to her musical roots, she also continues to write and record music for film and television, notably winning an open competition for a national commercial last year. Always the entertainer, she also continues to perform with her band Wee Boy Pretty.

Jesus Delgado
After extensive experience in television production in Caracas, Venezuela, Jesus came to Canada in 1999. Shortly thereafter it was Full Frame's stroke of luck to have him intern during his training at the Centre for Digital Imaging and Sound in Vancouver.

We recognized his skill, dedication and technical savvy right away. Since that time, Jesus has become one of the family and we've watched his career blossom. When we need something special to bring a title sequence or graphic treatment to life, Jesus can take an abstract idea and turn it into something real - something beyond expectation.

But it's not just his technical ability that makes him a valued team member, his passion for the type of work we do, and his connection to the issues and stories we tell, are just as important. He definitely has a big heart. That's probably why he's also a musician and songwriter. We seem to be surrounded by them!

Nicola McDonald
In any company or organization, there's always one person who's truly indispensable - one person who really runs the show.

For Full Frame, that would be Nicola. If you call us with an enquiry, chances are you'll be talking with her. If you just realized you need an HD version of your latest project ftp transferred to you for a marketing meeting later in the day, she'll make it happen. If you need to know the name of a great place for lunch in Vancouver, she'll give you a list and highlight her personal favorites with a neon-yellow marker. Or perhaps you might get a three-ring binder with color-coded sections broken down by neighborhood and price range.

Nicola is the true spirit of the company and what we stand for. She's caring, giving and always looking out for the needs of others. Her measure of success is if she's made a difference in someone's life each day. She has in ours.
